Image technical difficulty

I'm having some problems today with this sites image module. I'm going to go mow the grass and maybe it will fix itself! :)

OK!!!

after about 3 hours of trouble shooting and looking for extra spaces in PHP files. I reinstalled with an upgraded script. But what I was going to do this afternoon may be put off till Monday now!
